Michelle Greenhouse
Senior 3D Artist + Material Manager at Target

Michelle is a Senior 3D Material Artist at Target Corporation, focused on digital materials. Prior to this she earned her Master’s degree from Philadelphia University and has worked at Calvin Klein and Jack Lenor Larsen.

Michelle believes that we need to empower the supply chain to digitize materials, closer to the source in an effort to create more sustainability and streamline the development process. She specializes in connecting teams and technologies.

Michelle is the Chairperson of the 3DRC Innovation Committee: Digital Fabric Interoperability. The team published an industry changing SOP. “Digital Fabric Interoperability” which is intended to allow more interoperability amongst the various 3D software’s for fabric physics.

Michelle enjoys wellness, textiles and nature.

Research & Development Lead, Digital Product Creation at Ralph Lauren

Nick Paganelli is the R&D Lead for Digital Product Creation at Ralph Lauren. Prior to this he earned an MFA in Design and Technology from Parsons while also working with the non-profit Open Style Lab. Nick's research focused on the potential of industrial apparel technologies to support disability-inclusive apparel manufacturing and resulted in multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals. An NYU and FIT alumni in addition to Parsons, Nick started in the apparel industry at start-up brands focusing on Made-in-NY manufacturing. Nick's entrepreneurial spirit has been the driving force throughout Nick's career, and continues to drive his work at Ralph Lauren in supporting new ways of working and the adoption of Digital Product Creation tools.

Esteban is a Manager at Kalypso: A Rockwell Automation Business. He has over 10 years of experience supporting Digital and Operating Model transformations, and delivering large-scale IT projects for major apparel, footwear and consumer brands in the US and Europe. Esteban graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a Master of Sciences in Informatics.

Senior Technical Designer for the Champion label at Hanesbrands

As a Senior Technical Designer for the Champion label at Hanesbrands, I apply my passion and expertise in 3D apparel software to create digital product development solutions for the global apparel industry. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Fashion Design from Miami International University of Art and Design, and over nine years of experience in 3D technical design and management.

Throughout my experience, I have lead the global implementation of 3D apparel software into Perry Ellis International's technical design processes, working with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency. I also developed and maintain 3D product libraries, standards, and best practices, and provide training and support to 3D users. In my current role, my goal is to help Hanesbrands reduce lead-time to market and cost by minimizing the number of physical samples required for approval.

Textile Engineer at W.L. Gore & Associates

Christina Rapa is a Textile Engineer at W.L. Gore & Associates in Elkton, MD. An associate on the Fabrics Digital team, she focuses on digital transformation including 3D Material digitization and PLM software. Recognizing the need to present a new GORE-TEX collection to brands virtually, Gore invested in the equipment and knowledge to create 3D materials in-house. Christina was instrumental in building the digital collection of ePE GORE-TEX consumer laminates utilizing Browzwear and CLO file formats for brand customers to download. Creating these multiple file formats was the driving force behind the Online Conversion tool to "test once, then convert units".

Sr Manager, Digitization + 3D Technical Design

Since 2020, Josh has held the position of Sr Manager, Digitization + 3D Technical Design for Old Navy. In this capacity, he works with cross functional teams to identify and execute digital transformation of traditional processes. This includes expanding the use of 3D technology for concept, print/pattern and fit across all divisions. Before Old Navy, Josh was the Head of Technical Services at Optitex for 13 years, where he worked with clients to help implement 3D technology and streamline workflows. He has worked with some of the largest brands in the US including Target, Walmart, Nike, Under Armour and Gap Inc to develop digital processes, and has partnered with manufacturers globally to help train and understand each brands SOP. Josh has always tried to be a happy warrior to drive change and innovation in the industry.
